He can do it, sometimes it takes several minutes. But he doesn't give up. There are a few... several frustrated screams while he is trying. 
Tada!!! Its very exciting when you finally "buckle you"!

Haha that's awesome. My little brother when he was tiny would say "hold you" when he wanted to be held. I think it must be in the way they hear it.
Hahaha... Landen says, "Hold You," when he wants to be held. It must be a 2 year old thing. He also talks in 3rd person on occasion, but he's pretty good at first person too.
