Dad's 1950 3600 Three Quarter ton Chevy Truck

Dad left his truck to his boys and I have taken the initiative to try to get it up and running. It's a beautiful truck but it has been sitting for 10 plus years... so seeing as I am no mechanic, any suggestions?!
